So well written! Thanks for sharing your story! The scale has been utterly stuck for me the last few weeks. It's been sooooo frustrating, so it's great to hear it did eventually move for you with persistence. I needed that hope!

Seriously amazing!!! Way to go! I'd love to know if there's a weight training program you follow or if you just do your own thing.

1. My husband totally interrupted me talking to him one night to say out of no where, "You're looking so skinny!" I think it was the first time I didn't have to ask if I was looking any better so it meant a lot. 2. While swimsuit shopping 2 total strangers on separate occasions told me there was no way I could be a…

I started by doing 30DS in February every day except Sundays, but as I got about halfway done I added in other cardio every day. My weight loss stalled so I cut back to additional cardio 3x's a week instead and the scale moved again. (I'm pretty sure I wasn't eating enough calories for how much I was working out.) I ended…

Since 1-6-12: I've gone from eating every sample at Costco to just the ones I really want. I've gone from thinking logging calories wouldn't matter to logging everything. I've gone from never exercising to working out 6x's a week. I've gone from eating til it makes me sick to weighing my portions out. I've gone from being…

You are AMAZING!!! Thanks for sharing you struggles, successes and tips. You have definitely inspired me to keep going! (And to look for some cheap weights...)

Love seeing these results! You all are amazing!

"You've given birth to 3 babies. YOU CAN DO THIS!" "I can do hard things." I have to tell my kids that all the time. Other times when I want to quit halfway through the workout, I'll just repeat my next mini goal number over and over. Works well.

I've really struggled with this lately in every aspect of my life. And even though I know I shouldn't be comparing myself to others, I still struggle to stop those thoughts. :frown: It's led to a lot of unhappiness.

Very true!! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate all the kind words. I actually think I want to do one more round of this, then we'll see. I still have lots of room for improvement, and I really like how quickly I can get through the workout and move on with my day.

Thanks! That would be great if I measured wrong. LOL

Awesome! Thanks for the info!

Thanks for sharing all that! I'm at the tail end of 30 day shred and was wondering what to do next. Maybe I'll give Ripped in 30 a try. I'm also breastfeeding but have never calculated in those calories because I have no idea how much to add. It's nice to hear eating back your exercise calories has worked for you.…

I only have 5 days left. It is definitely some HARD WORK, but that's what a workout should be, right? The first day or two of a new level I'm very sore, but I find the soreness gets a whole lot better once I do the workout again because it's stretching and using the sore muscle. At least that's how it works for me. I'm on…

There's definitely a difference! You're doing great!!

Wonderful story! Thank you so much for sharing it. I especially love your pride in your battle scars! I have 3 kids myself and I could never hate my stripes because of what they represent.
