I started MFP in 2011. I lost 40 lbs and became a Zumba instructor. I had baby #4 in 2013, gained a good healthy amount and lost it by 1 year. I just had baby #5 7 months ago, gained WAY too much and can't get it off! I have 40+ to lose again. I hate being an overweight instructor! I taught the entire 9 months and started…

I keep a supply of gum and try to reach for that. The chewing helps relieve some stress. Or just have a good cry. I struggle badly with emotional eating, so I'm trying hard not to bury my feelings with food.

Amazing job!! You look great!

33-year-old mom of four here! Ages 9, 6, 3, and 21 months. I lost over 40 lbs with MFP between babies #3 & 4. I hit my goal of 135 lbs for about a month before getting pregnant. It was the first in my adult life I was a healthy weight. I gained a reasonable amount but it's soooo much harder to get back there now! I have…

For Christmas, I bought my husband some gift cards to a b&b we love. I told him we could use them once I get to my goal weight (which was my pre baby weight from 2 years ago.) He was already supportive of my goals but now he's extra motivated to help me. ;) 5ish lbs left!

33 here, mother of 4. Working on my last few lbs of baby weight from 20 months ago. (Ugh!) It's taking forever to lose this time. Would love some supportive friends who actually log in.

My 41 lb loss last year mostly through 30DS and Zumba, then heavy lifting for 2 months at the end. Went from 177 down to 136. Was tight size 14 down to a size 8. I just had baby #4 3 months ago, so I've got a ways to go to get to 136 again, but I'm working on it.

I did 30DS February 2012 to jump start my weight loss. I lost 9 lbs in that month. Here's my results from back then: I haven't looked at these in so long it's weird to see them again. I went from 172 here to 163. (By September I got down to my goal of135.) I'm currently doing it again after just having baby #4 to help get…

Great story and a wonderful example of perseverance! Congrats!

I still did my workout Saturday despite getting just 2 hours of sleep Friday night all broken up thanks to my two year old and 3 month old. Just accomplishing that workout was a huge NSV for me.

Lately I'm waiting till my kindergartner is home at 11 so I can have her help entertaining my 2 year old. I get them both lunch and do 30DS while they eat. I nurse my 3 month old either right before or after the workout and she sits in her bouncer laughing at her sweaty mom jumping around. Some days I go to free Zumba at…

ZombieSlayer- Siannon is beautiful! Congrats! I'm glad you went to the hospital when you did. Sounds like everything went well! Rosy- Congratulations on Benny's arrival! I'm so glad your DH made it home in time to take you. Is the swelling getting better?
-
Congrats Rosy!! I'm so happy for you!!:flowerforyou: My little Alice is now 11 days old and I've finally gotten around to writing down her birth story. I apologize that it's so long but I for one love to read birth stories! We got to the hospital at 7:30 AM the morning of the 10th for my elective induction. (I'm GBS+ and…

I was induced yesterday and had my baby girl. Alice May weighed 8lbs 4 oz, my biggest baby by far, and is 19 inches. Labor and the epidural had its issues but the birth itself went great. I'll share the whole crazy story another time. My 2 year old got the stomach flu Friday, then my husband started throwing up in my…
