NSV - size 8!

My NSV for this week - fitting into a (UK) size 8 top when I've never worn a size 8 anything in my life!

Also just had a colleague who has been on holiday for a couple of weeks compliment me on my 'shrinking figure', which put a spring in my step!

    Congrats :) I love my work friend who only work one day a week with me because they always tell me what a good job I am doing even when I don't see it myself :)

    I struggle to see changes in myself so it gives me a real boost when others see it. I do find it's the people who you don't see all the time who are the first to mention it rather than people who see you every day.
