Yea, two years in a power chair, no exercise, still eating as if I was still working...... Now faced with loosing 100 lbs. :explode: Started the Move Program at the VA hospital. It seams to be working, lost 3.9 lbs in two weeks.:smile: myfitnesspal keeps you on tract, love it......:heart: Good luck to all of you! :bigsmile:
