I had an angel fish that laid eggs and turned right around and ate them.

I had it for about a year before i went to the doctor. I tried the brace, the exercise, the insoles, and nothing worked. You have to get the inflammation down. I didn't want the shot so he gave me cortisone pills. It worked. Its been 4 years and haven't had a problem since.

Start slow on the exercise. Don't try to be superwoman all at once. The more weight you lose the easier it will get. You're only 37, thats not old. I'm 56. I started this at 212 pounds. Of course you can do it! I am 5'4" and i started at 212. I lost 85 pounds last year. Set little goals, maybe 5 pounds for your first goal, and then make the next one under 200. The more you lose the more motivated you will be. Log your food every day. That helps alot to see what you are actually eating. And if you fall off…
