Hello all. I've been using this site for quite a few weeks now and thought I would share some pics of me before and after. 16 weeks ago I weighed 15 stone, now I weigh 11.3lbs. I do 2 hours a day on a treadmill and visit the gym for weights 3 times a week. My diet is mostly egg whites (6 a day) Skimmed Milk 1 pint, an apple or two and hovis wholemeal bread (medium) about 6 slices a day. I am pleased with my weight loss, but cannot seem to lose that bit of fat surrounding my belly button. Can anyone tell me if this will go in time or am I doing something wrong?

Me before I decided to lose weight.

Me 16 weeks later. Same trousers - less me.

I would cut back on the bread and eat more fruit and veges.
Edited to add good job so far0 -
I would have to say try eliminating some of the bread you are eating and replace it with salad/veggies or try wrapping your sandwiches with lettuce instead. Also, you may want to increase your good fats such as nuts, olive oil, etc. Hopefully, that will work for you.0
