I'm not at mainenance yet...but hope to be by the end of the year...but this ^^^ is pretty much my maintenance plan too...I don't want to log forever but I think weaning off of it will give me the best possbile chance at it. I will however have no problem jumping back on for a while if I see the scale start to tip.

I started doing the 30DS everyday plus my other exercises and found it together to be too much. I'm assuming that if you're stuck in a place that has nothing but bagels, you're not going to have the luxury of a scale to weigh it out either. I've been taking birth control pills for years and although I heard this could happen, have never personally noticed that problem. Maybe this is something you can talk to your doctor about and see if they can recommend a different brand?
