Agreed. I think from a health stand-point they are good for you (having all of the vitamins, minerals, etc) but I don't want to depend on something like that. I'm not saying they aren't good for some people, and I know quite a few people that have been successful, but for myself I need to think long-run and teach myself…

I agree that we probably can't depend on it forEVER, but I have no plans to stop logging any time soon! I haven't learned all the skills I need yet to be successful without being held accountable for everything that I put in my mouth. ;) I haven't deleted anyone but I can see why you would and don't see any issues with it.…

I love my Fitbit! I couldn't get mine to sync with my computer right away but after looking at the FAQs on the Fitbit site, I uninstalled and then re-installed the software and it worked like a charm ever since. I hope you can figure it out, because it's a really great tool. :)

I'm not a big sweets-craver, but when I do, I go with sugar-free jello with lite Cool Whip. I suppose it's not very filling, but it does the trick for the craving. :)

I was just going through posts trying to find out as well. I am really curious if I should still be logging walks and such if I'm using my fitbit. Hopefully me replying will bump this up and someone will give us some insight. :)

I cannot be near a bag of kettle chips. They are my kryptonite and do not stand a chance in my house. :( I can resist most anything else, but those dang chips are outlawed.

I love to have sugar-free jello with some lite Cool Whip on top! It's only 30 cals (for 1/2 cup Jello and 2 tbsp Cool Whip) and does the trick for me. :)
