Hi! I'm Beth. I have a 3.5 year old, and 1.5 year old twins. Trying to lose the weight from all 3 :) I want to be a healthier and better example for my kids, and be able to do more active things with them.

I am starting again today. I didn't want to wait until the first to be a new year's resolution. Back on board today. I have lost 30 pounds in the last 6 months, but have gained some back in the last month.

mfp gave me a calorie goal that I thought was too low. I upped it several hundred, and still lost 17 pounds my first month. I may lower it later, but for now, I'm staying where I am.

Someone recently told me that weight watchers has a new rule. that after 5 fruits and veggies per day you count each extra fruit or veggie that you eat as 1 point each. otherwise you could eat a million fruits and veggies per day and count them as nothing. I log everything.
