I love candy, pop and bread and I would snack on them instead of cooking meals for myself which is pretty much saying I was lazy. I never went to the gym, ever. I look at some of the stuff I used to eat and it DISGUSTS me I used to fill my body with nothing but garbage!

Almonds are a really great snack, and they make mini packs of them and sell them everywhere! If you fill your fridge with good food, you will eat good food, so go through your cupboards and throw out all the junk and get some healthy snacks like dried fruit, almonds, low fat cottage cheese, some greek yogurt, blueberries…

Sweetie, I think you need to move to a better area where you can find a job. I had the same thing and now I have a job that I'm never bored at, but it took me years to get and build my resume to get where I am now. I was a secretary at 2-3 jobs, so hang in there, but seriously think about moving. Oh and ignore all these…

What's up with the people that sit on a machine and have to find the perfect song to work out too, make a playlist, don't sit on a machine for 20 minutes trying to find a song flipping through you ipod and then doing 2 reps and making others wait that whole time..

The ladies at my office do the same thing, and what kills me is that they all PAID to have weight watchers come in and help them all lose weight. You can do it! I've been on here for about 2 weeks and I've lost 5 pounds already (the pants that didn't fit me last week now fit me!)

I found that 1 Greek yogurt (Fage brand) and blueberries will keep me full until lunch. It has alot of protein which helps burn fat and keeps you full longer. Good luck!
