I just signed up today and did my first Daily Burn exercise (Hips, Butt & Thigh). Great workout. I was looking for a workout program that was fun with some variety and it looks like its going to deliver what I'm looking for. I'm looking forward to trying their other videos.

I started Turbofire this week. I love it. Can't believe it sat under my bed for over a year. It's so much fun. Hi Gail, I'm 43 and just started back using myfitnesspal. I've recommitted for a 6 week period. I'm hoping that giving myself this 6 week goal will give me a better chance of sticking to it (baby steps). Exercised (Zumba DVD) for the first time in months last night and felt amazing.

Today I'm promising myself to record everything I eat and keep under my calorie count instead of going over. This will be a major accomplishment for me. :o)
