Been on it since mid Feb. It's great for replacing my 2 meals a day. I typically only have time to eat once a day so this was a great way to keep my metabolism going. I like adding chocolate & 1/2 a banana to mine

I'm the same, when I calculated my info it came up 1200 calories for the day, I upped it to 1300. I'm 5'5" & this actually works for me.

Well for the first time today, since I've benn calorie tracking. I will indulge in a nice chocolate donut (entenmann's) with a glass of skim milk! I have earned it! :)

OK thanks, I will certainly look into my other options. I just started this calorie tracker last week & honestly, I'd like all my 1300 calories to go to a nice tall glass of milk with a huge piece of chocolate mousse cake & some whip topping lol. I'm on Body by Vi shakes. Sometimes I do 2 a day to substitute my meals & sometime's I'll do 1. So far they have been filling me up & I follow my plan pretty close. After adding 1 cup skim milk it amounts to 20 grams of protien

Mine was set at 1200 & I upped it 100 more, 1300 calories a day I felt was fair enough for me.

Well shucks! All I need to do is lose my belly fat. I wonder if it's an age thing too? I'm 51 & other than a few more wrinkles I really want to lose this fat! I was 105lbs back in 2004 (major, major stress) I'm 133 now & feel like it's all in my belly. I swear if I don't lose this flab soon I'm going to the Dr & have him…

Hello ladies, I'm 51 yrs young, 4 pregnancies, last one was at 42 yrs old. I've always been on the thin side but have found at my age the belly fat is here & hopefully not to stay. I've not gone through menopause yet & based on what my mom has told me I may not even notice. I'm 5'5" 133lbs & hate exercising! I will however…
