I think you can do it. I have a friend who is your height and is a 12 and I believe she weighs 185. You might have a smaller waist because she tends to carry around her middle, but I think you can do it!

I have a piece of cheese (like a 60 calorie cheese stick) and either some veggies or fruit. Also, Special K makes a protein drink mix that contains 5g of protein and 5g of fiber. Mix it into a water bottle and have that, it's only 30 calories and really takes the edge off of hunger!
