Thanks for the encouragement. I know it is just a matter on consistency and persistence. I will just have to continue and stay patient and have faith that it WILL WORK. I did switch my work out from insanity dvd's to running. I am now adding weights 2x a week. It was never this hard until i turned 30 GRRRR

Honestly, I hate to say it, but the thinnest I have been was when I exorcised and did not eat the extra calories. Not only did I go from 138 - 123 in 3 months...I kept it off for 4 years!
