1.I googled it (Runner's World,Health Discovery and BMI-Calculator) 2.I walk daily for about 30 mins a day and I jog with walking 60 mins 3 days a week) 3.I don't belong to a gym at the moment. 2000-2400 calories,250 carbs,120 fat and 120 protein on average from the last 30 days.
