From looking at your diary, you need three course meals, small servings of each food group at meal time and leave the junk food out. You will feel more satisfied throuhout the day. Also, you should snack on fruits, nuts, raisins, etc. between meals.

Yogurt is bad enough, so I only eat Yoplait because of the taste. I wouldn't eat either if neither was Yoplait. But, if I have to pick one, I would pick the one with the lesser calories, because I could eat more of something that I actually liked. So, if I needed more protein, I would just eat more meat. I think you're feeling hungry because you're not eating meat or carbs. You can have 4-6 ounces of lean meat, turkey, chicken with your meal and a serving of rice, quinoa or small baby potatoes to make your meals an actual meal. Totally agree, working in all the foods you like will help keep you on track, and once you surpass another milestone, you may not be subject to overindulgence. And if you do, you start over the next day. It's a lifetime struggle to stay healthy.

Don't sweat it, it's only 5lbs., but the good part is, you only weigh 124lbs. I have never and probably will never weigh 124lbs. (Too small for my frame and body type) So embrace and eat healthy and exercise, then you'll know if it's lean body mass or not.

I was going to the gym several times a week and didn't know what I was doing so I joined a group exercise class, then another and another and now I don't have to think about what I'm doing, I just do it. Think about joining a group class at the gym so the instructors can tell you what to do and you won't be as lost.
