Then you'd complain they were spending the money on steaks and shrimp, I here it all the time. Food is expensive for the working poor ( not making a living wage and not poor enough for aid) and soda is cheap. Natural and healthier choices are twice as much as junk food, or haven't you noticed

There's nothing like counting calories and still being hungry. Check to make sure you're eating the correct amount of calories allowed to lose weight and then start eating foods with more substance and maybe add 2-4 oz of meat to an additional meal.

Licorice, I don't normally eat a full serving and I eat it so sporadically that I don't bother to count it and I do it guilt free. Which is very hard to accomplish.
