I run first thing in the mornings and have no problems with the stomach stuff. Now I've run into it when running longer during the day. I know that walking long distances helps my dog go number 2, why wouldn't it help us??

Everyone seems to be doing so well!! Today is my rest day. I've done 30 min on the elliptical and am trying to convince myself NOT to go running or I might hurt myself with the constant demand on my poor bones and joints. I use to HATE running. It only took about 5 years but I think I might finially like it!

Distractions are good for the munchies. Personally, exercise actually makes me less hungry... at least for an hour or two after a good workout... and gives me more calories I can eat! After a week or two, your stomach starts adjusting to the smaller portions per meal and it get's easier...

Just read the website more closely. You DO get a t-shirt, along with a medal saying you either survived or became a zombie, and a few other things. Still would love to hear if anyone's done this or anyone know anyone else who has... Bit of a shameless bump ;)

MFP only gives me 1200 calories to play with (that's with it set at less then half a pound weight loss a week). What I find helpful is preplanning and plenty of workouts to help gain calories for food. Maybe consider eating only a little less and only working out a little more. Plenty of fresh fruits handy for the those…
