Yep, in line with the SAT. I thought the English was harder and the Math was a little easier. Happens to me when I take off running a bit and get back into it. Also noticed its in my fattier spots. Not a clue why though... sorry! Might be due to jiggling... try compression gear?

I'm just a smug taller at 4'11.5". GW for my upcoming wedding is 105. Will probably maintain between 108-110 after that. SW was ~130.

I find that sometimes I plateau for weeks without movement but then the scale moves a bunch the following week after. Just remain on dedicated n be patient (I know it's hard) w ur body. Good luck!

Put yourself out there. The more your seen, the more people interact with you. So join a gym, become a regular at a new spot (be it a coffee shop, pool, etc), explore a hobby you've always wanted to do, or joint a single adventure club/rec league of some sort. Good luck!!!

1200 is the standard recommendation in order to avoid malnutrition. However, if you are extremely petite (falling outside of the normal curve) and incredibly sedentary, this may not apply to you.
