Charlie Team! You got a new member! I updated your roster!
-
Of course your welcome!! It's Charlie Team's turn to get a new member so I will add you to Charlie Team. I've noticed that they are not very active in the board, so if they are not around to support you, just let me know and I will add you to Alpha Team instead!

Our nutritionist recommends PB2. She says to mix it with low fat milk if you want it to taste even more like normal peanut butter. I'm afraid I haven't tried it yet but I'm thinking about it. But in regards to normal peanut butter, I think anything is fine in moderation.

Woops! Sorry! Didn't notice the questions :P. Log them with your team to help push each other and stay motivated. I will post a thread once a week to ask for everyone's weekly totals. I will post these to the main page :).

Yea, wedding dress sizes are about two sizes bigger then normal sizes depending on the dress maker :P. You would think they would do it in the other direction to make brides feel good about their purchase... lol!

Running works for me. Though I must admit that it took me a long time to start liking it. I was a sprinter in high school and the idea of going from point A to point B vs just point A to point A was hard for me to adjust to. :)

I hear your woos. 5 years of grad school saw my weight creeping up (though still reasonably manageable) and the baby finished it off. Feel free to add me if you like.
-
I'm 4'11.5" and know how hard it is to lose 10 as a fun sized individual (though your a giant compared to me ;) ). Feel free to add me and we can support each other towards our goals. I've been using MFP about 3 weeks as well.

I'm trying to fit back into my old wardrobe as well. My fiance tells me to just buy a new one. The problem is I LOVE my old one. And a new one would cost more then I care to spend with my tastes in cloths ;). Feel free to add me. I'd be happy to help you on your journey.

You look WONDERFUL! It must be SO frustrating that even the medical professionals helping you can't seem to get you over the last little hump. But everyone's right, the last little bit is the hardest! Well, that and starting weight loss and sticking to it. You make it over that hurdle with spades. I'm sure you will be able…

Hehe... sorry guys. My group assignment post wasn't very clear in the topic name so I've reposted. We also have two new members to our group. They've been added to the roster. Let's cheer each other on to our goal!! Vicky's Miles Today: 7 Vicky's Miles This Week: 21 Vicky's Miles Total: 21 Tomorrow will be a challenge for…

Yes, sorry! I should have labeled it something more clear then "Let's Get Started". "Groups" would have been much better! Your in Alpha group with me! :)

When I first was trying to lose weight while breastfeeding I looked around the web. 300-500 calories seems to be the norm for calorie expenditure for exclusive breastfeeding. Just be sure to get all your nutrition to ensure that your milk is full of the good stuff baby needs. If you pump and breastfeed, you'll notice if it…

Yeah, my stomach doesn't exactly have sagging skin after my baby, but I can definitely tell the deference in the skin elasticity. It just looks and feels slightly looser. But I can live with it. Now my boobs is what I'm really worried about. Especially after breastfeeding for 18 months. :P. I don't think they were EVER be…

I'm 4'11.5" and your goal weight sounds completely reasonable to me depending on your body frame. I think taller people just get shocked by our goal weights. Especially if they are unhealthy themselves.

Our nutritionist recommends the powdered peanut butter. Same flavor, none of the fat. Haven't tried it but she insists that it tastes the same. You just add water until it reaches the same consistency as peanut butter. Found with peanut butter in grocery stores.

I have a Jillian Michaels DVD and it kicks my *kitten* every time even though I can hold my own in a gym. I recommend it!

Well played

I Soooo hear you. I have a 18 month old on constantly struggle w guilt about time I spend working out. Having people asking me where is the baby doesn't help with my guilt! I've finally started running at 5 am to avoid the guilt and questions (everyone including the baby is asleep... Or at least they are in this small…
