Ok, sometimes being a wall flower sets u up as a easy target. There are predictors out there that are good at identifying prey. By becoming more power, u might actually save ur self from being an unfair target to others. Just a thought from ur boss story. Hugs.

600 calories can make an AMAZING dinner! Think of it in terms of you have roughly half your calories left for just one meal! And if it's not enough, you could always try for an after dinner stroll :). Good luck!!

You could try the stuff they sell to pregnant woman that are suppose to help with stretch marks. Not sure if they really work. I think genetics comes into play a bit here in regards to skin elasticity. Some people are more prone to them then others. Good luck on your journey!

I agree. Very odd feedback. Nothing she said on the post suggests a eating disorder. I haven't checked her profile but as far as the post goes, a big over reaction. Here is a though, eat if ur hungry. Not listening to our bodies is what gets most people in trouble.

As several others have said, two slices usually is around 70-90 calories depending on brand and cut. I love bacon and cook a big breakfast every Sunday!

Completely sedintary job... as varified by my fitbit. I think the key is to add in working out whereever you can. Be that taking a lunch time walk, getting up and going the long way to the bathroom, or just moving around more. Good luck with you weight loss!

I run on empty and eat later. But that's just me :)

Working out and increase water intake. Also, I worry more about weekly totals instead of daily. This way if I'm hungry I can eat and just make up for it on another day. Make sure ur really hungry vs just bored.
