I got mine in March of this year and I LOVE it. I clip it to the front of my bra and it records everything, steps, miles, stairs, etc. One person posted it's like a game, I agree. I get disappointed if I see I am not near my 10,000 steps and it encourages me to get out and walk some more. I have not had a problem at all…

They are crispy on the outside (thanks to the Pankos) and soft on the inside. You can cook them a little longer if you want them crispier.

Special K has these new chips out called "cracker chips". They come in so many flavors and are AWESOME! You can have 27-30 chips for 110 calories. :)

In a previous weight loss period I started at 160 and it wasn't until I was around 147 that people started saying they noticed. I am 5'2" tall so I thought people would notice sooner. But when they did notice, boy was that a motivator to keep going. Good luck to you! :)
