It's gonna be hard, being a vegetarian. I can easily do 200 plus grams a day by adding lean tuna, chicken, yogurt, protein powders, etc. But cutting out the meat leaves you in a real pickle. I wish you luck.

I wont fault your life choices, but protein comes from meat (mostly). I do about 200-250 a day depending and without meat, I'd be SOL.

Try a protein shake with gainer powder, 4 scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, 4 cups of non-fat milk, and two pieces of whole wheat toast.
