No, it does not update it automatically. Click on Settings-> update diet/fitness profile. It will show your current weight and current settings. Then Update profile. I do this every so often and it takes away the Calories as I lose. Hope that helps : )

Don't give up!! You can do this. You did it once before and it can work again. Just learn from what happened today, with the cheese, and move on. Everything takes time. Just keep making adjustments til you find what works for you. Hang in there and remember you are not alone. :smile:

Don't give up it will get better!!! I was also very sore in the beginning. I am on Day 7 now and feel so much better. The muscle pain will go away. I don't do it everyday. To suziecue66 To add different nutrients, you go to the Food Tab and go to settings, You can track up to five different nutrients. You choose. Hope that is helpful.:happy:

I am a sometimes walker and just completed Day 1 of the 30 day shred. I started on level 1 and mostly followed the modified moves. Even though I wanted to quit early on, I didn't.
