I am 5'2 and weight about 127. I am not so sure I actually want to lose WEIGHT...I want to get rid of my soft stomach and add some muscle... and I don't want to gain weight!! which is particularly hard for me this time of year :) I need some friends to keep me motivated!

Zuzana Light on youtube. Her workouts are very short but super intense! I like that it doesn't take a lot of time but I feel like a get a great workout in and I usually do it once a day.

I used to sit in the vicinity of our kitchen area... I am not sure of the specific food that people bring because I didn't pay that close attention... but I hated when people brought stinky food (especially FISH) to work and heated it up. ugh... so glad I moved to a different area!!!

I am not sure if this will work for a sprain... But, my fiance did something to his ankles while out jogging. They hurt him pretty bad and Advil and Aleve barely gave him relief. A couple days later, he went to a hot yoga class. Between the heat and stretching, he hasn't felt any pain since then! Hope you feel better soon!!

I have Asics and love them, they have a lot of support. My fiance swears by his Brooks because they are more cushioned. Depends on the person, I guess! We both used to wear Nikes, and have found other brands to be more comfortable in the toe box (no pinching). Good luck!
