I use Activtrax it is a free program at my gym that creates workouts for me based on a preliminary test that I did. You could see if your gym offers it.

I think if women would ask men , they would find that we really don't like make-up most of the time. Then when you do wear it on special occasions it is a nice bonus.

My point is that humans are predators, just like the lion, the bear,etc. I hunt and kill several animals every year to feed my family and do not feel bad in the slightest. It is what we as a race have evolved in to.
