I was the same way then I discovered the Bob Marley Mellow Mood tea. I now sleep all night and feel rested in the morning. I swear by those things. I was not having trouble sleeping I just never felt rested. Now I am up before my alarm most days. The Lite 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade is my favorite.

I have been Doing TKD for about 3 monthes and LOVE it. I will b e sparring in the AOMA Nationals in 10 days, I am hoping there are not too many Heavy weight Yellowbelts over 35...LOL

A taco salad made with chicken instead of ground beef and no sour cream should be ok, stay away from the fried tortilla bowl if it comes in one. Or maybe Veggie or Chicken Fajitas if they will hold the oil.

We spar almost every Class, our White belts spar with everyone, we train a little BJJ and a lot of self defense. My 8yo son took 3rd in the state in his second tourney earlier this year. I am 36 and have been doing TaeKwonDo for about 4 mo and have the same urges as you!! I am currently signed up to point spar at the AOMA nationals on Aug 4th, but that is TKD sparring not MMA. I told my wife that when I hit 260 (max weight for MMA heavyweight) I am cage fighting at least one time.

18 Months ago I weighed 420 today I weigh 348. I actually gained 20 pounds in the middle of my loss, but I am back on track now thanks to help from Friends, family and MFP. I have even started TaeKwonDo classes and and am competing at the nationals. I have not felt this good since high school!!
