  • I'm in. I've been paleo since Memorial Day. Occasional diary but no legumes, grain, sugars, alcohol. I'm aiming for under 80 grams of carbs per day. I was going up to about 150 but I didn't lose weight for about 2 weeks and decided to bring it down and see what happens. I"m 222 and looking to lose 40 pounds.
