yes I was surprised to find my self actually rooting for Jamie he has really redeemed his self in my eyes...and I absolutely despised him in the earlier books/seasons

instead of mayo I use hummus, instead of sour cream I use non fat plain greek yogurt, instead of sauteeing in butter or oil I use broth and instead of ice cream I eat frozen greek yogurt

I drink wine several nights a week, I have found that white has less calories and usually more alcohol content, as for snacks I try and avoid, but if it cant be helped maybe a veggie tray with a low fat dip to graze on, or tortilla chips with some salsa :drinker:

Mexican food, I live near the border and there are tons of taco shops with greasy deliciousness...I try and avoid them but some times I cave lol

I do a cheat meal, and only on weigh in day if I have lost. I look at it as a reward for sticking to my diet all week...

I really like plentil's they are a lentil chip and a single serving is 32 chips, only 130 calories plus they have some really good flavor choices

he said it was ineffective for muscle gain and actually led to muscle loss...there is a circuit training area in my gym with about 14 weight machines and I do each machine for about 5 minutes with weights that vary from 20-40 lbs depending on the machine and area I am working

I just recently started eating health choice frozen greek yogurt, it is super creamy and a great treat when you are in the mood for something cold and sweet, it comes in individual servings (100 calories) which I really like because it keeps me from overindulgeing
