Funnily enough, I am not an evening eater. Mine is late afternoon, especially just after work. I have discovered I cannot go shopping for food after work. I tend to buy it all and eat half in the car on the way hoem!

That is why I go to water aerobics lol, I hide in the corner till the last minute, jump in the pool and then no one can see what I am doing, lol. The small pool at my gym is enclosed apart from a very small corridor that leads to the change rooms, so it is perfect for me.

Well done on your victories. 15% is great, I am busy working towards my 10. A few years ago I started on a diet and bought a pair of jeans and a top one size smaller than what I was. The goal was to fit into that, well now of course I picked up even more! So, now my goal is to fit into those jeans within the next 6 months.

Two things - firstly sugar in my coffee/tea. I have cut right down from 4 spoons to 1, but cannot give it up totally, and I hate the taste of sweeteners. Raemama, I also gained a lot, about 20kgs when breastfeeding. Couldn't believe it because everyone else said it was making the pounds just drop off, and I was getting bigger and bigger!

Sorry, none, it is hard for me too :-( The only thing I do know is that the more I do, the easier it becomes. Mostly, it is not the exercise so much as the motivation to start, once I am actually doing it, I am ok.

I dont particularly like water, and can only drink it cold. So, I half fill a bottle with tap water, freeze it, then when I take it out the freezer I fill it with tap. This keeps it nice and cold, great for gym. I buy one bottle of water every week or so, just to keep getting a fresh bottle for carrying around.

Not much, I had such a busy week I am planning a relaxing weekend. Tomorrow morning I will be going to the annual Fete at our local SPCA. Mainly because I want to look at their book stand as they have a huge second hand book shop. Otherwise nothing planned apart from definitely going to gym.
