Hi I'm Paul Been on here 3 months. Also have been swimming between 45mins and 1.30 hours a day. I also walk my friends dog for at least an hour a day. have lost 2 stone (that's about 28lb) in 3 months. feel great! My aim to lose another couple of stone so will be here for a while yet! good luck everybody
