I used to constantly do the "oh, I blew this Monday, so I might as well blow the week and start next week..." thing. Now, if I slip up on Monday I just have to accept it and move on…
  • My work out clothes are stretchy, I often eat after 7:30PM because of my work schedule (work 12 hour shifts 7A-7P) so it is 8 before I get home, I have gotten rid of my fat clothes, I eat red meat more than once a week but try to choose the leanest , I have small dinner plates that I use (I measure out my food but when put…
  • Like others have said, weighing once a week is enough. You may show a gain but you need to remember that muscle weighs more than fat (but burns more calories). I have seen my weight flucuate 9 pounds in a day and I know I hdn't eaten much, just goes to show that the scales don't always paint an accurate picture. Good luck…

Piece of advice I learned while attending Weight Watchers was not to deprive yourself of food during the day because then you tend to overeat when you finally do eat. Enjoy your…
  • My fitness pal has an app for your phone if that will help you track.
  • I can understand where you are coming from. I work three 12 hour shifts and there is no way I want to come home and work out. So, I get up a little bit earlier and do it before work. . I pack my lunch the night before to save time. Good luck with your weight loss goal!
  • You look great! Keep up the good work!
