I don't think it really matters how old you are. All bodies are different. I am 26 years old and I lost 122 pounds and I have saggy, loose skin everywhere! I lift weights, tried mixing things up, tried eating bad foods, tried eating more, tried eating less, took a week off from exercise.....I did like everything!

This me at 265.4 This me at 165...I have lost an additional 10 pounds since this picture. I am 5'4 and it has taken me 9 months to get this far. Current weight it 155.2 My goal is to be between 120-130. :-)

Honestly I don't know how many calories I ate in the beginning. I try to stick with 1,200 as much as possible now. I don't "diet." It's a healthy lifestyle. I still eat junk food in moderation and portion control. I exercise a ton! Maybe as close as 2 hours a day.

This me 20 days ago at the 100 pound mark. To date I have lost 109 pounds. I currently weigh 156.4 and hope to weigh around 125 at the end of this challenge. Feel free to add me! :-)

In June 2012 I realized that I reached my highest weight and I was so unhappy and unhealthy. I decided to turn my life around with my eating and with exercising. I cut back on the sweets and worked out like for 2 to 3 hours a day. It is now almost 7 1/2 months later and I down 83.8 pounds. Good luck to you!

For the first few months I just did walking and my Wii fit. Then I added the Wii Active and Just Dance into the mix. Now I also go to the gym and do cardio. I just started lifting weights and strength exercises because I don't want any leftover sagging skin!

I had a great first month. I lost 15 pounds! On the beginning of my 3rd month and lost a total of 33 pounds! :-)

I lost 26.6 pounds and I started my new healthy lifestyle on June 18th....I am hoping to get down 30 pounds by next Sunday....so it would take me a little bit under 2 months. I work out everyday for at least 2 hours and I in take around 1,200-1,300 calories everyday.
