Jillian's video's got me started exercising again, now I'm back in group classes and loving it. She is my go to when I don't have time for a longer workout....

Zumba is a great Cardio that uses abs, try holding various plank positions, or kick boxing like turbo jam.... some of my favorites.

my father in law passed last week, I took an entire two weeks off. gained 1.5 lbs, the idea is not to let that happen every day. Now you know about muffins....learn and move on. Try and add a little more Cardio to your day.

I think it's totally fine, enjoy your apple. But I like to treat my snacks like mini meals, so I would balance the sugar/carbs with some protein. Maybe some low fat string cheese or something.

Sounds like your heart rate is to high, but I would ask your doctor.

I just try and skip carbs when eating late...but I have belly fat I'm trying to focus on. I don't skip carbs often just at the end of the day if I'm eating late.

I tend to eat late as well because of my work / gym schedule. I try to stick to a very lean protein and veggies if I eat after 8 pm or just a fruit smoothie made w greek yogurt. Something to support the muscles you worked by not heavy carbs you body needs to burn. But i'm not an expert, I just know I get better results…

Love Cost Co...love the bags of mini bell peppers. I add those to everything or make a meal of them with hummus. Also, the bag of mini cucumbers. When I don't have enough time to make a salad I can just grab some whole veggies and run out the door for work. So much cheaper for organic than other places, and look for the…
