Try weight lifting, from a sitting position focusing on upper body and core. Try something new and focus on something more positive. Like building a stronger core and upper body because when you can run it will make you faster. You need to put a positive spin on it, and embrace the change.

For social setting change what you drink, when I go out I drink Rum and Diet Coke or Red Wine. Lowest in carbs and calories. I try and eat extra healthy and low carb that day to compensate. Wraps are great!! Precooked chicken is a must have, and lots of bag salad for me. When I would cook for the kids I would have what ever I make for them in a side dish portion and eat huge salad or veggies. This way I am not cooking separate dishes.

I can spend 3 hours at the gym taking killer classes no problem, but I hate running. I sign up for 5k's to keep me motivated to improve my time. And then once a week I take my dog, and he wants to go fast and since he is home all week without me I feel he deserves a good run. The point is find a way to motivate yourself.

At 5.3 and 120 how much weight do you think you have to lose? Try increasing your lean protein, and change up your work out!

Also might consider changing your work out, and if you eat the same type of foods switch it up a bit ! That is what I'm going to try next week all new workouts and food.
