You just have to force yourself to do it. I felt like that in the begining and sometimes even now but you really have to make yourself do it if you want to lose weight.

I have been on here for a while too but it wasnt until I started adding people that I actually got motivated to stick to it. Seeing everyones progress and seeing them before and after pics def gave me a motivational boost that I was needing. Monday starts week 4 and 7lbs gone aldready :)

Looking and feeling disgusting is what motivates me. Every pound I lose makes me want to lose more. Its very hard in the begining but once your 3-4 weeks into it then you will feel much better.
