Alright so for WEIGHT LOSS cardio is only important because it gives u the extra calories to eat, but in general it does improve overall health.. i wanted to know if there's more to it but i guess there isn't. Thank u for all ur replies, appreciate it.

i am also at 1200 and it doesnt seem to be enough some days.. i work out a lot when im hungry and eat back all my exercise calories and i'm consistently losing 2lbs/week.. try doing that

oats are really good for breakfast/dinner with milk.. plenty of fibers in there that'll keep u full longer. carrots are really good too and taste gd. try to work out more as well and eat back whatever calories u burn during ur workout :)

dont u just hate it when that happens? i have the same problem too. just use some speedstick on it.. ur thighs will glide and wont rub together or cause redness. u could also try buying spandex shorts that r well short.. lol i know guys dont like spandex bcz they feel exposed but u can get them long enough so that ur…

thank u for ur advice.. im working on lowering my sodium intake..and i dont put in how much i drink every day but i am taking in around 1.5 liters per day.

I really am not starving myself.. i've been a vegetarian for a few months now and most of the things i eat are leafy and have almost no calories in them. its not that i dont want to eat more its just that watever i eat is not enough to hit my 1200 cal to start with.
