Today was my weekly weigh in day and I'm happy with my results SW: 299.2 lbs/ 136 kgs 5 July weigh in : 291.5/ 132.5kgs That's 7.7 lbs/ 3.5kgs lost in a week💃. I'm glad I stuck with it , I know some of that is water weight but I'm happy.

Your right it's a mind game but can be overwhelming , the weekend can be so difficult for me but I have planned to stay on omad for atleast the first 21 days so that means no exceptions on weekends for now. *fingers crossed*
