i have the worst stretch marks and loose skin, its a genetic thing, i had bad stretch marks before having a baby, after reading this thread i have brought a derma roller, and have used it twice now, and i think i already see an improvement, so i will keep using it every other day for a month and post a topic if its any…

i've head that making sure you have enough iron in your diet helps with cravings :-)

i eat total rubbish and stay under calorie goal, and im losing weight, each to there own, i would say if your doing a lot of exercise then you need to make sure you eat enough protein, i eat chocolate every day, sill losing 2lbs a week

i know you wont feel like it, but exercising releases the same happy chemical that eating does, go out for a walk!

your the same size as me and i know that for me before any exercise i need 1600, mfp gives me 1200, so stick to your goal and you will do fine

think of exercise as 'body conditioning and fitness' think of food as 'body fuel' if i don't exercise i dont have chocolate, but if i do exercise i do, i feel like im so tired that i need the high sugar energy to give me a boost, and its a little treat i've earned myself for being good, makes it easer to stick to

exercise calories should be eaten as its like fuel in a car, a full tank will get you from a-b but if you only put in 1/2 tank, then you will be doing some damage to your engine and wont get there (hope that makes sense) there is already a deficiency built into MFP, so try to eat up to your goal, or you might end up in…
