  • So, I had an NSV today. I still have trouble seeing change, but I can't deny this. I went to put on an undershirt this morning (I don't know why but I always wear one, even with t-shirts) and it was too big. I always buy undershirts to be pretty form fitting, and now it's too big.   • My doctor actually recommended that I eat something before bed. It helps me sleep better, and keeps me from being super hungry when I wake up :)

  • Thanks for the advice! This is my sixth day to take them and I've already lost 15 pounds. I was just wondering if that was normal. I eat around 1500 calories a day and exercise (cardio and strength) 6 days a week. But I'll definitely consider just doing one month at a time.
  • Ok, so I was recently put on adipex too. Before the adipex I tried to maintain a daily caloric intake of about 1200 calories.
