I had mine out when i was 27....it was rough. one good thing though is that I lost about 15 pounds afterwards because I didnt want to eat since it hurt too much. I pretty much stayed on the couch for two weeks. Make sure you stay on top of the pain with meds and try not to cough. I coughed pretty hard one night 10 days…

I never sweat! I did a half marathon last year and did not sweat at all. I also have low blood pressure.

Im doing my last semester of prereqs and I applied to nursing school at University of Maryland to start in the fall. I should hear if I got in or not within the next few weeks......very nervous.

I have a cheat day once a week....either saturday or sunday. It gives me something to look forward to and it makes me feel like im not depriving myself completely. me too! I have 400 calories left out of 1400 and im not hungry. but i dont want to slow my metabolism. not sure if i should just eat something.

I agree....MFP has helped me so much.....I definitely would not have been able to lose the weight I have lost without it. I am lucky though because I also have my upcoming wedding to motivate me. I am trying to lose 17 total pounds before August and I have already lost 6. what state do you live in?
