You should include your exercise as well to make sure that aggregate net calorie count is accurate

consider replacing your shoes more often. I used to have leg problems (calf, ankle, knee) when I ran. But I noticed that it would go away when I bought a pair of new running shoes. At this point, I buy a new pair every other month and I almost never have problems. It gets expensive, but it beats hobbling around. Also, this…

Same here. This isn't easy but it is totally achievable.

I use my smartphone. Remember, you don't need to be completely precise in terms of measuring and whatnot, but you do *need* to be consistent. If you log consistently, you will undoubtedly begin to make slightly different choices. Over time, these choices add up to get you to your goals (at least they did for me).

Heavens no! I'd rather be fat

Either you are using someone else's picture or you are very, very wrong.

Feel free to add me. I log just about everyday and I set out to lose 65 lbs. Currently about 5 lbs below my goal weight!

It's hard to answer without pics.

Feel free to add me. I log on everyday and am generally supportive (and occasionally sarcastic)

The downside is that it makes your workout far less effective. The upside is that it shortens the time during which you suffer hang over symptoms and blunting the most pernicious of those symptoms.

I wouldn't worry about it. Some people are so miserable that it can't help but leak out of them. Or, to put it another way, haters gonna hate.

I would too if I looked you like you. lol

If you count push-ups, dips, pull-ups and crunches, the answer is yes!

Wouldn't touch you. You are waaayyy too young.

The good news is that it is a winnable fight. Lots of people on here have done it and they are as lazy if not lazier than you are (I count myself among them). Once you make it a priority, you will make progress. I'll tell you the one thing that I did in the beginning that made the most difference. I picked one meal and…

Throw the munchkins in the stroller and walk around the block a few times. You can buy yourself a few hundred calories which should get you through the day.

As an attractive woman, you should feel free to ask any dude in a gym for advice on any piece of equipment at any time (unless he's mid set). Assuming he's straight, you will get plenty of guidance and will also make him feel like a champion.

Dinner at Dames and Games then went to the Laker game and watched Shaq get his jersey retired and a Laker win. Then went to three different bars boozing up ending up at the rooftop bar in Santa Monica partying into the wee hours of the morning. Oh wait, that was last night. Tonight, I am going to drag my old *kitten* to…

Totally worth it for me. When I see people that I haven't seen in a while, the reaction is priceless. People's jaws literally drop! And, while it is totally narcissistic, looking at those six pack abs in the mirror is pretty gratifying. Don't sweat individual weigh-ins on the scale. I bounce up and down by about 5 lbs on…

Wine early in the day is a killer for me. Cause then I'm drunk in the early afternoon and lose my self-discipline about eating and drinking. Oddly, I still log accurately. Most I've gone over is +4500. Still stayed under for the week though.

Nice try, getting your fat cousin to stand in for you! J/K--great progress.
