Change your breakfast during the week for a month. Junk what you are eating now and have a boiled egg, two strips of bacon and a cup of coffee. You will be full until lunch and cut your morning calories in half. All other things being equal, you should start seeing tangible results in two weeks.

Because they suck. Suggest you reciprocate by bringing some type of sugary food into the office that you hate. For me, I can bring macaroons and cocoanut doughnuts in because I don't eat cocoanut.

On the weekends I run b/n 4.5 and 6 miles with pull-ups, crunches and dips before and after. During the week I get at least one 3.5 mile run in with pull-ups, crunches and/or dips before or after. I'm in for 2 hrs each day on the weekend and 1 hr during the week.
