<---- This little one once said that she didn't like Romney because he had binders full of women. ME: Honey, what's a binder. <I don't know. ME: Ok.

Unfortunately people don't come with labeling on their foreheads, or else you'd be able to spot these LAME-Os a mile away. Brush them off of your shoulders and keep on handling your business.

Dude, you are 46 lbs down. You are doing fine. That said, add me if you like. I will offer some support with a liberal dose of sarcasm and (attempts at) humor.

Your pirate (or whatever that tattoo is) looks like it has so much better posture now that it did before. Congrats!

Anytime!

What I am about to give you is gold. This is the best advice I have ever seen on running, anywhere. I followed it and am up to about 6 miles per day 3x per week. http://www.reddit.com/r/USMC/comments/uwb3r/i_need_help_passing_my_ist/c4z5jm2 You're welcome.

I thought that this was going in an entirely different direction

As an old person, I hope that you live to regret these words. The "fun" I had in my 20s involved drugs, sex with random people and other transitory moments of fleeting pleasure. As an older person, the things that I derive joy from involve relationships with my kids, major professional accomplishments and my ongoing love…

I log religiously. Feel free to add me.

Wow! You went from being a large marge to being slim and trim. Good for you. As for the remainder of your journey, I would say just keep tracking. That ends up being the best way to do it I think. I haven't been as light as I am now since puberty (yes, I was a very, very fat kid). At some point I think you can take your…

I've done weekly tracking since the beginning. It works better for me.

Fair enough, but there are other factors that might contribute--not just laziness. Kids aren't robots. Maybe the kid that is terrorizing your restaurant recently lost a grandparent, or is getting bullied or is suffering in some other way. Now I will grant you that there are ****ty, lazy parents out there. But I don't think…

I like the concept. And as much as I love my kids, that is one discount that my family is never going to get.

I got fitbit for xmas and I've been pretty happy with it to date. Don't know much about the other one. Hope that helps.

Welcome back Anya! I've found this site to be extremely helpful as I've tried to maintain my gains (or losses in this case). Feel free to add me and good luck with your goals!

Thanks. I was extremely hungry for pancakes before I read your post, which totally took my mind off pancakes.

Try going for a walk or, if you can, do something more vigorous. But afterwards, when you are not as hungry, you should eat something. 1K isn't enough for you to function in anything other than an inert state.

OMG, that looks amazing!

Welcome. It's a fun place to focus on your fitness. There's an undercurrent of subversives, but they can be fun too!

I'm religious around the weekends with a goal of 1K burn each of Saturday and Sunday. I then strive to get 1 other day during the week. If you are doing three days a week, you are doing well.

Superhot. Good work

GTFO. That is not the same person. Seriously? That is amazing.

Mid Feb. I'll be happy just to maintain.

At restaurants, I will often ask the server to confirm the portion size with the chef so that I am at least accurate on the basics. You will not know exactly how it is prepared, but I would argue that it is less about precision and more about just being vigilant about keeping track. Anyways, good luck. I'm living proof…

We sort of have that. I have three kids and we idiotically failed to do sleep training so they now all sleep in the bed with my wife and I end up sleeping either on the couch or in one of the kids' beds. It's actually fine and occasionally I get motivated and take each of them into their respective rooms so that we can…

Wow. You've made amazing progress. This is so impressive. Great job!

Nope. It's a race. If she wanted to beat you, she should've trained harder.
