Go someplace where you can be properly fitted! I love Nordstrom, they are trained to do it and it is free. Getting properly fitted by a professional is the best decision you can make! A good fitting bra makes all the difference :)

Wearing a bikini has always been on of my biggest motivators, it was actually what initially got me started here last February! I already bought one to wear this summer now I just have to get the confidence to wear it in public haha. Always looking for more friends to motivate each other to get there :)!

Not really that weird but I dip my grilled cheese in barbecue sauce oh and avocado with drizzled with barbecue sauce is soo goodd. Basically I kinda love BBQ sauce...

I sometimes get this way. I just drink a glass of water and wait 20-30 minutes because sometimes it takes a little bit for your brain to register that you are full. If I am still hungry after that time I will have a small snack, but usually by then the hunger has gone away.

I'm 5'7 and I think it's too tall. My whole family thinks I'm crazy, but I wish I could be 5'5, that would be the perfect height!

I go to school with thousands of thin, beautiful girls so I never really think I get noticed. However, I really think it all just comes down to confidence, when you are confident and comfortable, people notice and are drawn to that. I'm still working on that though haha!

It took me awhile to get over my emotional eating and I still struggle with it at times. I mainly just tried to redefine my relationship with food and teach myself that reaching for the bag of chips or ice cream wouldn't make me feel any better, it would actually make me feel worse. I'm 19, so close to 20s haha! My ultimate weight loss goal is between 55 and 60 pounds. So pretty similar!

The TDEE less 20% already accounts for your exercise, so you would not eat back exercise calories. Just don't log your exercise on here and eat 1756 calories.

So many things over the past year! Mainly that I avoided the dreaded "freshman 15" and actually was able to lose weight in college, showed me that my healthy habits are here to stay :)
