One simple question about TDEE

I've read numerous extremely helpful posts about TDEE, but one question is never answered.
When I calculate my TDEE and take off 20% for healthy weight loss, I end up with 1756. Now, if I set this as my new calorie goal, as opposed to the 1430 that MFP recommended, do I eat back exercise calories or not?
Essentially, would 1756 be my NET or my GROSS calories?
Thank you!

The TDEE less 20% already accounts for your exercise, so you would not eat back exercise calories. Just don't log your exercise on here and eat 1756 calories.0
