Trying to appease everyone, definitely. I really want things a certain way, but it seems that the mothers want this, my bridesmaids want that. It seems to not matter that at the end of the day, it is my wedding, even though they all say that they'll do whatever I want... I get an attitude whenever I make certain decisions!

Go with how your body feels. I know that's kind of ambiguous, but it's different for anyone. Thanks!! Honestly, I just push myself to do an extra one or two a day more than the day before. I've been weight training at the gym too, and working on my arms, so that probably helps, as well.

Well, I have to be at work by 6:30am during the week, so I don't generally have time to work out in the morning. I work out in the afternoon/evenings. I do, however, prefer to work out in the morning (and I do on weekends), because I have so much more energy and feel great after a workout.
