Hey cari, I took a peek at your diary and I would recommend dropping your sodium intake to stop the fluctuation with water weight. It may take a couple of days to balance out, but it should help! Good luck!~

This happened to me too. I've not lost anything all week. I figure loss is loss. Inches are just as important, if not more so, than lbs. Don't get discouraged, it may be because of muscle increase... in which case, the lbs will start melting away again soon!

I am a huge CoD junky (PS3). Although, in the last month or so I've gone from playing nightly to playing only on the weekends or evenings when I'm done prepping food/working out! Sadly, my rank is showing the effects of a healthier lifestyle :laugh:. Feel free to add me.

I agree with the first commenter however, you are taking in unnecessary sodium which in turns increases your water retention, and scale weight.
