You can try taking taking a probiotic that has at least 10 billion active bacteria. It was life changing for me. And fair warning, the first couple of weeks you may have bloating, gas, diarhhea as your stomach adjusts but it will adjust and you will feel a marked difference.

That's amazing! Well done! You should be very proud. It takes a serious amount of strength and dedication to stick with it! Keep it up!

Gorgeous dress but I think it's a little too cocktail for a pool party... Look for a nice maxi dress that will show off your beautiful body! Also, like others have said, the color is not spring/summer. You look stunning in it though!!

I cook up a chicken breast, and when it's almost done I throw in a handful of cherry or grape tomatoes, some pre-cooked mushrooms (I do a lot of prep on the weekends), some caramelized onions (also prepped) and a couple handfuls of baby spinach. You can season with whatever spices you like - I do red pepper flakes, garlic,…

Look up some before/after stretches to do. Also, look into rolling your muscles out. I'm a few lbs lighter than you and when I first started C25K rolling my muscles (with a foam roller) and proper fitting shoes were the only thing that helped. Good luck and DON'T YOU QUIT! Try running on a softer surface as we... I'm not…

TDEE - 20% is 1840. TDEE - 15% is 1955 You should eat your TDEE - 20% or 15% (or not and eat the 2000). Your exercise cals are taken in to consideration when calculating your TDEE - you do not need to eat those back.

I went to Vegas for a weeks vacation. I didn't log at all. It was kind of liberating. I had been logging for 320 days straight and it was scary to not. I walked a lot while I was away and ate as sensibly as I could. When I got back I had only gained 2 lbs - but the following 2 weeks I lost 9 lbs - with no working out.…

I based my goal weight on what I wanted my body fat % to be. I used this website: http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/body-fat-weight-calculator.php I'm sure it isn't perfectly accurate, but it's a start.

I remind myself that the way I feel after that workout is the best I will feel all day... and that alone is worth it.

I can't stand the way eating any of that crap makes me feel - immediately afterward and the day afterward. I do still crave and submit to my pizza & wings fixation though - not very often, but every once in a while!
-
Bump! I'm having the exact same issue! It's driving me insane.
-
Good luck honey! You can do it!

I suggest you go here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ You can indicate that your goal is to lose fat and build muscle. It will provide you with an estimate of calories. Good luck!
