I loved going to 24hr fitness for a season, but it wasn't cost effective. I use Jillian Michael's dvds. walking the stairs… 11th floor… I'd make that a goal. maybe get off at the 9th floor and walk up and get off at the 3rd floor going down? take time to find what's comfortable and then up it. i just reread… I don't know what IF is, but if you're bloated and not able to have good bowel movement, try dieter's green tea. it's herbal. I use it. also add more fiber/water based vegetables and fruits… watermelon is good!
